2005 salomon 720s

i just got the salomon 720 skis for 250$ and the salomon bindings for 80$. Can any1 tell me if i made a good choice and if i got ripped off or not.

Not many people like Salomon at all, and especially not 720's, because they aren't a full twin. The twin thing doesnt bother me at all, but I've never skied 720s. Just warnin you, that you might get shat on.

really because everyone that i've talked to has loves their salomon skis. Salomon created and perfected the twiptip to let you know.

I didn't say they didnt make good twins did I? I've only skied x-screams but I loved them.

i've heard alot of bad things about 720's but i hope these work out well for u.. if u r a smaller typ person they should b fine. my friends family has been passing down pairs of 1080's for years so they should b durable. the only thing is u could hae gotten something like last years fugatives for about that price or even cheaper, so i hope evveryhting works out

i have skied the 720 for about 2 days, i didn't like them for these reasons, lil hard to ride switch get caught up sometimes, they didn have shit for pop off jumps, i was just not to found of them at all....

do you think? cause i got boots, bindings, skis and spy goggles and it came out to like 700$ which is expensive, but it could have been worse
