Help, how do I do it, and don't tell me to take it to a shop, they're swamped and don't have the time.

Nevermind, I got it. But for future reference, you need to take a flat head screwdriver, and pop this metal plate up underneath the heel piece, slide it from there. I was doing that but it wasn;t very slick on the slide.

Yah, I didn't touch the DIN, forward pressure, wing adjustment, just the size.
When I was out at Hood, I learned how do to it at Windells. The bindings are very similar to the kind they use for demos so its a simple slide to change sizes.
Also, the only reason I asked for help was because the slider was sticky and not sliding so I thought I was skipping a step like a screw or something. Obviously I wasn't.

Actualy, you NEED to adjust your forward pressure and wing height every time you adjust your bindings. Do that before you hurt yourself.

That sounds like bullshit to me. I've adjusted my bindings twice to accomodate new boots, and I've never had problems with them.

You don't need to do wings if your binding has automatic wing adjustment like low end salomons, 99% of markers, and all look/rossi.
As for forward pressure, you automatically fuck with it when you move the heelpiece of a salomon binding. Look at the tab. It should have an area on it with lines. Make sure that the arrow on the plastic housing right by the track lines up with the scrolled area on the tab.
If the tab has an arrow on it, there's an area on the plastic housing that is sunken in. That's the area that the arrow needs to point to for your forward pressure to be correct.
See, easy.

All of that is correct, it was just a few slides into a new groove, everything lines up. It isn't rocket science, just not an everyday thing!
