sometimes on the site they will have a sizing chart, but if not then i would go to any snowboard shop and try one on.

I think Giro is pretty good shit, my helmet has taken some pretty good hits without breaking

the giro 9 is a nice helmet. saved me a from a concussion a couple of times.
