i ordered look p10s from them (non lifter) and they sent me lifters we called them and within a couple of days we were able to straigten it out and now someone is gonna pick up the wrong bindings at my house for them and they are gonna send us the right bindings for no charge, so i was just giving them props for doing the right thing and helping out their customers, because they were really cool about it and had no problem doing it
the only down side was the original shipping cost was 13 dollars which is kind of expensive, but the bindings were on sale
