Replying to South lake tahoe

I would post this in the regional forum but people aren't very good about actually using that section. If you are 28 yrs old or older and live in south lake tahoe how do you like living there? or if you live in any other ski town and you like living there tell me about it. Thinking of moving from NYC to a ski city/town that is fun. Somewhere that has great skiing but is also fun to live in other things to do, outdoor activites, good restaurants, music,etc. But I only want to hear from people who like to go out but aren't 21 and only want to party all the time. I would like to know how south lake tahoe especially or if you think somewhere else is better that has good quality of living all round let me know!!!
