A year or two ago, no one (and I mean like, 98% of the general population) knew what emo was. And now, everyone hates it. There was some misunderstanding along the way somewhere.

heres a quick list of thigs that classify you as emo

1) black hair/hair over one eye
2) listening to emotional music that makes you want to kill yourself
3) self mutilation
4) lots of crying
5) hating the world
6) being depressed a lot
7) crying for usless reasons

if u have a few of these then its probably safe to say your emo, i got most of these traits from looking at my little sister so dont say im "stereotyping"

that sucks school starts so early for you, but yeah if your emo or gay at my school you get beat up, the end, thats just how it is. as for the kid that said his town is the meth capitol of the world, my town is deff. the import capital of the world, you can not be outside for any more than 5 seconds without hearing a ricer, like no lie i have tried to do it before, it doesnt work.

Don't use physical violence against emos though. Last year, my senior year at hight school, this bunch of metal-heads (not bad guys, but with a deep loathing of emos) were intimidating emos and one of them took an iron bar (yes, an iron bar) out of his jacket and broke one of the metal-head's arm. He had a cast for a few months. Just because they look gay, it doesen't mean they aren't dangerous.

hahaha, you guys suck...I listen to emo (along with music you probably never even heard of) and I'm having a fuckin hell of a time! I go out drinking (I'm the beirut champ at my girl's place haha) and I'm generally a happy person. (But I don't have black hair and it's not covering one of y eyes either sop I guess I don't have the lethal version of the disease :)

almost nobody is emo, they are all trend whores. a year or two ago they were skateboarders. now everybody is either a wigger or likes My Chemical Romance. none of these "emo" kids listen to emo anyway. dont hate on emo, hate on trend whores.

i hope his[mike jones] tour bus breaks down in the warped tour parking lot and 1000 emo kids stab him and cry about it.

my school started today.. it was a new school.
The principals name is Urs Göbel (german) he has a shaved head, and in his speech he talked about the school gym, and how the school could help us achieve the perfect body.

Later on, we were supposed to discuss our hobbies (to get to know each other) and the teacher walks up to this asian kid and says "YOU PLAY PING PONG!!!" and he actually did...

im starting to doubt this schools "open policies" though... they also had us all walk out to the big fence at the entrance to school, and walk across the big (BIH) schoolyard to the school (the school building is HUGE) and then they asked us how we felt, and I said I felt warmth and loving for my new school, and they said "well its built this way so that the pupils should feel weak and powerless as they come to school.
