I try to leave a full nalgene water bottle on my pillow on nights where I know I'll be drinking a lot.

Then, assuming I make it to my bed, I remember to drink it all.

If you drink that much water it helps alot.

Hangovers are horrible

I was watching daily planet and the best thing for a hang over is not water but powerade or other similar energy drinks. I'm too lazy right now to explain why.

just don't sleep and you won't have a hangover. have problems not sleeping- do some blow. If no for the blow, drink lots of water before you pass out, drink a lot more as soon as you wake up, before you do anything. then proceed to go smoke some herb and you will feel like a million bucks, i never have hangovers

shall I rephrase it as sportsdrink for you. If you read my post and see powerade and similar energydrinks I think you would come to the conclusion of a drink like gatorade not redbull. How is redbull similar to powerade, one has caffenine the other doesnt, higher sodium levels in powerade unlike redbull.

gatorade has the sodium and electrolytes that will make you feel better. if you have a headache, drink a thing of gatorade, itll go away. same thing with hangovers. it replsnished what is lost (sounds like im selling the shit, but it really works)

so its 9pm now and i just got home from work. it sucked sooo much i almost passed out becuase of all the people in our small store. it was weird though cause there were people giving out free red bull this morning which probably made me feel worse because i was soo tired but then i wanted to run and throw up. blah! we played king's cup last night with screwdrivers to drink instead of beer and also jager with amp. rediculous. dont do it.

all you need to do is drink water...after you stop drinking just drink as much water as possible...the alchohol dehydrates your body and through this the cells in your brain expanding causing the headache...rehydrating these cells makes the headache go away...and there is nothing that will make you sober up faster, your body can only get rid of .5 an ounce of alchohol per hour...so dont try any stupid remedies

Go to costco and buy a big tub of that powdered gatorade.
make yourself a huuuuge glass before bed and when you wake up, it's supposed to help soooo much.

the night before last me and some firends did shots of whiskey, rum and coke, and shnops(sp?).

but my one firends who weighs less then any of us drank it all faster and had one more shot of whiskey. He blacked out and it was pretty freekin scary. He only had a hangover until like 12 the next day though. I didnt have one at all.

^it does to me...I'm a beer / wine person now...and water water water before and after and I get no headaches...got 1 so far.


and btw, what's everybody's problem with redbull and alcohol? I've drank vodka with redbull so many times and here I am not even close to being dead. (dead tired maybe, but that's what going to bed at 5am does to me....especially before going to work...)

haha Ive never seen so many ignorant responses in my entire NS span...

the key to not getting a hangover is definately to drink as much water as you can physically consume before going to bed. Generally I try and drink a lil less than a gallon and nothing works better. Wake up feeling fucking amazing. It really is the greatest feeling ever, getting completely fucked the night before and feeling amazing the next morning.

A lil bowl in the morning always helps cure your mood a bit which can definately make a hangover less painful
