Replying to Help with new skis "Twin Tips"

Hello, my name is Roger and I've been skiing for 03 years now, usually I go to Keystone;Vail; Breckenridge. Last year I've bought a Mike Nick pro Snowblade and I was having lots of fun till I almost break my ancle. Twisted really bad coming downhill on a powder snow. At least it was at the end of my trip. Now I'm looking to buy a new pair of Skis "with realease bindings" and also some release bindings to fit my Mike Nick's snowblade.
I've decided that I want a twin tip ski. I was looking to get a Salomon 1080 or a Line Mike Nick Pro one, when I saw the Line 1260. My question is which one should I get it ? I really don't know if it has a big diference between Mike Nick and 1260 or 1080. As I'm intermidiate will I fell any diference? Also which size should I get it ? 164cm or 170's. I'm 5'10" and 192lbs.
Also which bindings should I get it? I was looking for the Line ones too.
