First off the plot if there is one looks gay as hell. Always stay away from movies where average teenages out for some fun happen to stumble on an arch evil empire set to take over the world and by using 'cool,' 'rad' tactics they can over power their foe despite overwhemling odds. I really dont know how these movies get funding, they should just pay msp 10 million to make a movie about skiing instead of making this shit. All I know is this will probably be the next thing the maddox.xmission guy bashes.

Anyone seen Avalanche Alley? I saw it late last night on showtime or something. It's about some snowboarders doing backcountry and they get caught in an avalanche set off by ski patrol. The scenery was pretty cool but the movie kinda sucked. It was filmed at Hemlock Mountain in BC.
Best part of the movie is when a guy is buried up to his neck in snow and he starts talking to a rock.

that movie is simply trying too hard to be cool. they combine all types of movies into one bubble gum-pop, watered down piece of 'extreme' crap. some of the skiing could be decent, but they would have showed it in the preview. and the blonde is fairly hot. all I know is that I'm not paying to see it. if someone else would pay for me, sure why not, but no other way.
