Ipod Errors

Well i must say im not happy with my ipod.. its worked for abotu 2mounths of my 8months owning it... anyway does anyone now how to fix error (-36).... what happens is my ipod updates (very slowly) then after it is done updating my songs it says my songs can't be saved to ipod memory due to error (-36).

ur best bet is to head to your local apple store and flip your shit and start turning tables over until they replace your current ipod or refund you

1. no local apple store in my town.
2. I take perfict care of it.. only thing bad is i have not used in in 2mounths cause i cant get new songs on it
