its different everyhwere and puckboard aint cheap. i just got 3 sheets of it and it was quite pricey.

get a lot of 1/2 inch or 1 inch pvc pipes. they wont crack

some people use puck board, what your looking for is lexan, most of the moutains use this.

i use sheet metal or go to like home depot and get pelxy glass but u have to get like epoxy too and use alot and then it wont ever come off

the mountains don't use lexan what your looking for is ultra high molecular weight ploy ethalyne (sp?) or UHMW PE. Its high impact resistance and low coefficient of friction make it ideal for boxes. Its what the mountains use. I ordered it from www.modernplastics.com and it was about $150 for 24 feet at .25" thick with shipping.
