Replying to Jacket Cleaning

So I have this really nice Oakley off-white jacket thats really spiffy. Problem is, one of my asshole roommates just "borrowed" it without asking most of last season to use at work, and got all kinds of shit on it. So question I have is, whats the best way to get this back to like-new condition? I've already tried washing through regular methods (no, not using standard laundry soap) so I was wondering if anyone has tried getting their stuff dry-cleaned or a different method that turned out better than standard washing...?
