Transfer

OK i just got my laptop for school next year. I have a desktop ive had for like 2 years and i have a ton of music and files that i want to transfer onto my laptop, how do i do this the easiest way? And is there any way that i could transfer the songs in my limewire to limewire on my new comp cause i have having all my songs on mymusic?

and fuck im sure i could figure this out or just burn CDs but you kids are smart, help a brotha out

buy a flash drive, put all the files onto it then transfer to notebook

network them then copy the files really easy to do if you have a wireless network you can do in in an hour

If you burn the songs to a cd, but as a data cd, you can fit about 200-250 ish, on each one. Idk how much music you have, but i did this, in about 5 cd's

yeah, same thing as thumb drives, they store any file pretty much, good investment!

I remember doing it by hooking up the internet cable to both computers and then making a new network, the files transfered very fast.

i did the thumb drive, but it was mad small, it held like 3 cds at once, so it took awhile, but they prolly have bigger ones

^wherever you want them. You pick where to copy the files too. I recommend the "My Music" folder that windows already has.
