Replying to Napster YH-920 MP3 Player

Please oh please may someone have this MP3 Player. I managed to completely wipe all the data from it (including Operating System files) and now it wont switch on or let me restore from backup.

If someone has this can you get in touch with me! You will be my part-time hero if you can supply me with the OS!
