Adobe Premiere Pro or Vegas?

Which is better for ski editing, Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 or Vegas 5.0? I just want to get some solid opinions about both...let me know. Thanks.

If you know what you're doing, you can do a lot more with premiere i believe

If I had to choose between those two then I'd go with Premiere. But if at all possible you should switch to Mac and Final Cut.

After using both for a while, Adobe Premiere is clearly superior. So much easier to use with more options available. If your looking for bettter editing abilities, choose Adobe (but most of you already knew that).

i use vegas and i love it. its not hard to learn and there is a ton of stuff most people dont know about you just need to really explore the program

no premier is at a much higher level, especially if you take the time to learn how to actually use the program fully

ya vegas does have alot of features...but i cannever get the music to play in my clips so i would say go with premire i never tried it but i heard its awsome.

hands down premeire no questions askes it is clearly superior to anything with the exception of final cut (for mac) however i haven't used FC but i hear it's better than premeire but premeire over vegas fo sho.

def go with premiere pro... im a filmmaker and premiere u can do everything in it the best feature is the motion effect.. u can do anything with it
