listen to matt, saltwater is great for quick hydration since it causes you to retain water and a hot bath will loosen your muscles, causing you to let the blood flow better

you might also want to add more bananas and potatoes (good sources of potasium) to your diet. Possibly take a magnesium supliment.
I used to get wicked bad back spasams and cramps. the doctor told me to eat better, drink more water and he gave me muscel relaxant pills that made it hard to walk in a straight line.
