Replying to Friend hits a dumbass kid on bike.

Me and 3 friends were chilling around the pool today and got hungry, so we decided to hop in the car and head down to white castle. We pulled out of my neighborhood and were stopped waiting to get on a fairly busy road. My friend is a suck ass driver, but he did look both ways. Just not down the side walk. He goes to pull out onto the street and all of a sudden I see out of the corner of my eye some kid without a shirt on hauling ass on a bike he obviously put together(shitty). I saw his face go from a stupid ass 'Im going REALLY fast' grin to an 'O SHIT' look of pure horror.. He didnt have time to stop and ran full on into my friends right front tire and flips the fuck over the car.

Everyone in the car was screaming and freaking out cause we thought this kid was gunna be fucked up, but all of a sudden we see him pop up and look at us, get that stupid grin on his face again, and says 'HOLY SHIT!'

Turns out he was fine, but for that split second when he was on the ground I was scared as hell. Anything like this happen to any of you guys?
