OK I know this issue has been posted a thousand times but can someone please tell me in two sentances or less what msp has done to make everyone hate them and what was in the hidden features part of high five, and dont tell me to use the search bar because ive tried and im just stupid.

Bad business practices with athletes, sponsors, and fellow production companies, namely Level 1. Also, Steve Winter is the main source of it and always threatens legal action when his company is in jeapordy, inturn, bad mouthing on Newschoolers and being a dick to level 1. Yes, people its true, he threatend some legal action because of all the bad word on NS.

Sorry thats 3, but thats the simplest breakdown.

Its cool man, but I buy ski movies for the skiing and the way they are made, MSPs time has passed, I can get my "hard BC lines" in TGR or Theory-3 movies, espically with Theory-3, a company whos down with freeskiing, not just in it for the money and business shit.

Yah, and I'm not going to, same with all the people who complain about it.

You do understand though man, Winter comes on here everyday to check whats being said, and hates it. This is a place where the people who directly affect him and his business, and buy his movies, have a voice and don't get shot down. It's a beautiful thing.

Yah, a lot of people jumped bandwagon, but now with all the talk and 10 pages, learned more and are seeing the bad side of it. It's great for him to read what his potential and lost buyers are saying about him.

seth morrison is their company, they should worship him...but somehow hes not filming wiht them...just makes me pumped for pbp

tgr is the soul of skiing...msp tries too hard, they haven't stepped it up recently...SM3 is fuckign awesome, but mckonckey can't carry the franchise...i don't hate them, they're just not good anymore

No we dont hate MSP, the only ones that hap MSP are the ones that probably have never left the park and have never made some decent turns. Why rip on MSP its just ripping on the skiing industry. Why spend time rippin on how much you hate some skiing industry film line. Some of you NS'ers dont even appreciate the sport of skiing.

Shut up about the park rat bullshit. When I want my fucking big lines I go to TGR, Team 13, and totally Theory-3. I get my non park shit right in with all of it else. MSP just is washed up now. The time is gone for them.

Stop saying its park rats hating it, its people who realize the stupid shit they are and have pulled and don't care about 13 minutes of BASE. I mean McConkey BASE'in is fucking sick(McConkey in genreal is fucking sweet) but not for 20 minutes in "progressive" ski movies.

The problem is all the editing is the exact same. But mostly because of how they make people change sponsors if they wanna film with them. Thats why Mark Abma is on Fucking Salomon now

Nice cop out you guys have come up with... it's honestly getting as tiresome as any bandwagoning the other way could possibly be. Let's face it, there are very few people with real opinions on here, just mobs that seem to spring up overnight from a half dozen people who happen to think the same way. There was the "Hate on MSP because they're the devil" mob, and now there's the "People who hate on MSP must be 14 year old park rats LOL you suck at skiing" mob. Both just repeat the same old tired crap from other posts before, there's nothing more original in what TravisMC is saying than there is in Dishwalla's posts for the last 6 months. NS is all about mob rule. You post, you either get 50 kids agreeing with you or 50 kids shouting you down, or both. There are no original, informed opinions on this site... or, if there are, they're quickly lost in the din of a thousand uninformed voices trying to express an identity as a "member of the industry" by following what they see as the popular trend or the "core" trend or the rebellious, anti-trend trend. It doesn't matter, everyone's still a fucking follower. Sometimes I just can't stand this fucking place.

You know what, I don't care anymore, I can't stand MSP because of how they operate, but if you love 'em, be my guest and buy whatever shit they choose to put out. Just please, get informed and think for yourself. If you want the argument from the anti-MSP side, message me, or ArSix, or possibly the Dave (but the Dave is a holy man, often busy meditating, and cannot always respond). Anyway that's the gist of it. I know it was more than two sentences but this issue goes way beyond being summed up.

I don't think its a matter of bandwagoning, but rather, the fact that everyone has been made fully aware of this whole thing and have been able to form thier own opinion on it. There IS a difference between people sharing the same view, and people jumping on a bandwagon to be cool.
