HELP compressing videos

srry mods, but i realy need an answer soon, so try not to move it before i get an answer if possible

ive got a 2min movie and it is 8.59 MB...how can i compress it enough so that i can get it on this site?

If it is in any format except for the quicktime formats import it to windows movie maker and save movie and then put the file size to 5 mb.
