Glue 'em. You can try sending the back if they're relatively new. Otherwise, it's not worth the time or cash.

my o-frames padding was coming off and i just used some rubber cement, works good when all the glue stops sticking to your face

ditch em and buy new ones..once the foam is fucked, its hard to fix..glue and foam dont mix well
