I'm more interested in the new rule changes, like no more ties in the regular season. Aside from Crosby this isn't that interesting a draft. We should get the hockey cult going again.

Man, how is this not that interesting a draft. There are tons of quality players. In my opinion, this year and the upcoming years are gonna be an explosion of young talent. With the rule changes and the exceptional talent on the way up, hockey will be very exciting to watch

ya hockey may be good again. smaller goalie pads, the red line thingy, less puck handling by goalies, sero tolerance on obstruction. you might actually need talent to play now!

Mario had a huge victory.. he's been after a totally offensive team and screaming for less obstruction and a change in overtimes since he became part owner. I think he must've know this was going to happen sooner or later (the rule changes) because of the young-guns he has now.
And i wouldn't be surprised if he rigged the lottery himself *joke*

Somewhat ok? Pretty sure we hold every title that matters except for the world champs where we have silver. And the worlds are kind of a joke, they're like a training arena for getting our B team some international experience so we can win the World Cup and Olympics... hey, who holds both those titles?

I cannot wait for the new season... although i will not be able to see any of it because i live in the states and i think espn decided to not renew the nhl's contract
