Replying to Theory on R A B in Harry Potter 6, Could be true?

dunno about anyone else here, But the initails R A B in the fake horcrux has been driving me mad. I am thinking that it is Sirius' brother Regulus for a few reasons. # 1 being that his name is Regulus Black, the only character in the whole series so far that has had the initials R and B. also, Their uncles name was Alphard, so that could be the key to regulus' middle name. Regulus Alphard Black would be a perfect match for the initials on the letter. also, if i am not wrong in saying, the only people who refer to voldemort as the "Dark Lord" are his death eaters, and regulus was a death eater. What i am thinking goes back to OoTP when sirius said that his Brother was killed by voldemort because he had cold feet about what he was being asked to do. I think that Regulus realized that what he was doing was wrong so he tried to get a clean slate and do some good by stealing a Horcrux for the good side, and when voldemort found out that he tried to, he killed him. So now i believe that the real horcrux is at number 12 Grimmauld Place, The house that was left to harry by sirius in his dying will. At the end of GoF (book 4), Voldemort tells his death eaters that he has traveled farther down the path to immortality than anyone else has. He is also astonished that his death eaters never returned to him when he met his downfall, the main reason being that only they and voldemort knew about his horcruxes.he says "And Then i ask myself, but how could they have believed i would not rise again? they, who knew the steps i took, long ago, to guard myself against mortal death". This suggests that at the time of Voldemorts downfall, the only people who knew of his horcruxes were his death eaters and his, and Regulus Black was a death eater. Sirius also mentions that regulus was killed by voldemort himself, even though sirius was sure that Regulus was not even worth such a death. What else could Regulus have done to ensure him death at the very hands of voldemort?
