I'd say seattle and then Boston. I've probly been to 10 of the big cities in the US.

No 20 minutes outta boston doenst count. There should be a rule of 10 minutes or less.

I also found this urban double line hit: 30 foot down rail, then 16 stair handrail. Found a 45 food mellow kinked C, perfect quad kink at harvard... list goes on and on.

ive been to NYC, austin, chicago, san fran, LA, sacramento, oakland, orlando, miami, providence, phili, pittsburg, denver, slc, tuscon, phenoix..those are most of the big cities ive gone to..so i think i have a good knowledge about comparing them
