Do you know what would be sweet! if some one could set up a comp/exebition in the middle of one of the Mall of America's rotundas! they could make real or fake snow, build a kicker or quarter pipe, and it would be off the hook, some one seriously look into this!-Jeff

i guess that could be cool...more realistically though, they would probably end up using one of those water type ramps into a pad...like moseley on the letterman show a few years back...or like they sometimes do at ski expos.

I think itd be awesome, there are plenty of large areas other than camp snoopy. I was at a ski/snowboard convention where MBS made a huge mountain board demo, the mall could do something similarly, robe of an area, do some kind of snow making that would work. and host a comp! Just one hit, big air or quarter pipe! it would be ahrd to pull off but could be done!

its already been done. it wasnt a comp but mosley came last year and put on a demo in the mall of america. if i rember right they used fake snow into a pad.

yea it would be kind of cool i guess a huge hassle though casue like insurance and stuff. And its the mall of america it isnt that cool.

Tony Hawk skated a full 2-hour set a couple years back at teh mall of america on a huge vert ramp, so i bet they could make an inrun and qp. The rotunda (now Sam Goody central) has plenty of room for it. Did anybody see that movie of jon olsson skiing like a little kicker in that mall?
