Isn't the moons gravity somewhere around 1/4th of ours... so 180 is only about 45... so basically imagine carrying yours and your ladies ski gear on your back and jumping... (not including the fact that your weight is one forth also) but its not that difficult even at our gravity... and maybe they starched the flag... or they prerecorded it lol

There is a video of the moon rover kicking up dust and larger particles, all particles fall at the same speed, which is really cool and slow looking, if it were on earth with an atmosphere, the dust particles would linger and the denser particles would fall faster.

Also, small dust particles brought back from the moon have been bombarded with microscopic pices of rock while on the moon, leaving small very round pits in a peice of moon dust, these micrometorites would burn up in a milisecond in our atmostphere. Yet have manage to create the smallest craters ever seen.

and further more, you shoud try to find the video of one of the Apollo 17 astronaughts throuing a hammer at the very end of their expidition, the hammer just floats and floats.
