ok now a while ago I said I would post some professional photoshop stuff.

here is something done entirely in photoshop. it was painted in photoshop. using a low res image for refernce.

I first saw Bert Monroy's stuff on a TV show, and it blew me away. You can check out his website and see just how amazing he is. All his images are done entirely in photoshop and illustrator.

That top image is not entirely in Photoshop, been modelled in a 3d program and imported in to photoshop for final touches.

if your talking about the Suabru. that was not done in a 3d program. he used a lowres pic of the car and painted over it.

I think you thought it was 3d because of the cg networks symbol underneath. but thats cg (computer generated. not nessessarily 3d.

they usually use a cintiq or other Wacom tablet.

and either start from scratch, or start with a base picture that they change enough to make it their own image.
