does anybody know what I should do when I can't get to my email account... everytime I try to go on I type my address and password then it goes to this write this number and letter thing so I do... then it goes over and over and over again and I can't sign into my damn account... anyone?

dude, its doing the same thing to me. Im pissed about it because I know im putting in the right password and I KNOW that my secret question was not "What was your first car" It should be "What's your pets name".

I just dont know what to do about it. It wont let me reset the password - even though I know my password is right. My computer remembers it for me. Its always worked except for today.
