Flatspin

Ive been jumping on my trampoline and for a couple days, ive been trying flatspins. How do you do em?

Flatspins are pretty hard to do on a tramp, you usually need some forward momentum like jumping into a pool. But you jump, and kind of throw like a corked, except you throw your back into the spin so your knees come tucked up and your ass is pointing towards the ground. You're kind of horizontal in the air, so look back over your shoulder to spin, and twist out of the horizontal to land at 5 or 7.

Flatspins on a tramp arent that hard. OYu just have to concentrate mainly on the first 180 degrees by dropping your right shoulder hard (if you spin to the left)....

how i learned them on the tramp is doing unnatural misties and it turned out to be flatspins..i got some video if yah wanna see how there done.

I can flat 5 mute, but i think its only cuz of the physics of tweaking a mute. I throw side ways and tweak and it turns flat.

I mean that you just have to do like if you check someone in the chest ( like in football). It will end as a flat spin. that's the only way that my cousin wa s able to do them

when i do them, i start by throwing a corked spin (sorta) but then bring my knees to my chest so i am on my back and look for the landing after i rotate, hard to explain, just the the balls and huck it

well, since a skodeo is like a 180 to flat spinny thing, it is cool.
I started doing them when I jump off a 37 feets bridge. it is so cool cause you dont see the water for a lot of time. but I hurts if you don not recover from the flat position.

Yeah, the checking thing works.

Try having someone stand just off to your right and hold their hand up. Then you have to Pimp-style backhand bitchslap the hand and then kick it with your feet. Then just ride until 5.

You'll be perfectly flat.

A flatspin is kinda like a rodeo - you can set like a rodeo except spin 90º early on so you are doing more of a sideways backflip than an off axis loop.. yeah.
