some internet radio stations are putting their broadcasts, stuff like NPR, ESPN, etc, avaliable for download on iTunes. all you do is subscribe to the certain station and iTunes will download the newest broadcast and store it as a song. It is all free. sorry if this doesnt explain everything. its my basic understanding of it
