Since you're not very specific about where you want to go heli ski or for how long here's what you can do: Google search "heli ski bc"
You'll find a whole bunch of information that will answer all your questions.

dude if youve only skied park. save your money. ski some crazy lines in whistler or kicking horse and youll never know the difference. then when you get bored of all the inbounds, move to the BC, then when you get bored of that go cat skiing, then when youre bored of that go heliskiing. you could buy a pass to whistler instead of going heliskiing

Honestly, the heli riding in whislter is very basic, and low end,
if your going to do a day which costs around $400-600 a person
go where there are real mountains with bigger vert and better snow, with the coast ranges snowpacks
I would say it's money wasted, GO TO THE INTERIOR
And if you JUst want to do a drop which cost $60 and takes 4 hours for a run
do a drop, it's a good experience at a reasonable cost
like buddy said ^, go to kicking horse mid-winter and pray it dumps...

at mike wiegles it's like 3grand for three days skiing and staying at the lodge, it's pretty expensive, cat skiing isn't as expensive

Wiegles is for the rich people who care more about the food they eat than the terrain they ski. You couldn't pick a worse company if you're looking to ski anything decent. Mica Creek bitches...
Oh, and cat skiing is cheaper because cat skiing is 500 times slower. It's so fucking boring riding back up for 30-40 minutes for a 5 minute run.

i was reading a quickie article (you know, the ones that are like 1/2 a page long) in freeskier a few months ago and i remember it saying something like "if you hang around the place, if you havent made reservations [or anything like that, if you even have to with the company], sometimes if the buisness is slow that day, you can get in for a lot cheeper then posted prices." im not 100% sure on that, but i remember reading something like that....
yeah im bored, i wish it was winter again
