Apple...you could NOT be more wrong about me. I am definetely NOT one who accepts whatever their government "spoon-feeds" them. I am very much against almost all the policy decisions of this government. I shocked, appalled, whatever adjective you can think of when George Bush won his election not once, but TWICE! I was living in South America when the US decided to go to "war" with Iraq, so I had a very nice outside perspective on that and our government.
Honestly, I consider myself VERY liberal, so you are kind of way off on your assuption about me. Throughout my life, and especially during my undergraduate years at college, I learned to criticize everything that came my way, especially information from our own government. Just one example: I researched and wrote a 25 page paper on the Japanese Internment Camps on the west coast during WWII and the veil the US government glossed them over with.
These are the issues I enjoy, and I hate, as I'm sure you do, people that blindly support a government or ideal, just because its "their government" and the societal norm. BUT, I also dislike people who can't see factual truth because of their excitable emotions and hard-line beliefs. The 9/11 conspiracy is a band-wagon, and the more people jump on this bandwagon, the more strength it will gain. In other words, sometimes you have to look past your digust with government entities (especially this government) and look at just the facts. It is good that you are able to criticize and hate the man, but factual information should always come first.
BUT, remember, facts can always, always be swayed to support one's side. This is why you need to be able to look at all the information about 9/11, including common sense. Sure there were some coincidences about the way the towers fell, but there is solid physics and reasoning behind it, you just have to look at it without suspicion in clouding your view.
Oh, and who said they didn't do damage to the surrounding area? My aunt lives close by and told us stories about how that whole block was covered in debris and parts.
