Wearing no gloves?

I always see people wearing no gloves and stuff in pictures... it baffles me wouldnt your edges like tear apart your fingers cause my gloves are shredded by the end of the season... i would be way to scurred to wear no gloves while skiing...

i always wear gloves because here in the east when u fall it will kill your handws,so gloves for me
