Replying to Im on linux right now

i guess im officially a nerd. its Ubuntu. I actually got the wireless card wroling and everything. now, i just need to learn how to umm...install programs....and umm...do other things i already know how to do on mac and windows.

anyway, i installed it, because it is good to know how to use and beucase all my sister does on this computer is internet and IM and she got it gummed up with all sorts of shit even though I had a firewall and virus protection and spybot. so I figured if I installed linux, i would never have to worry about it braking down like windows or getting viruses and so on...
