backflipping for me is so hard i dont know why, i cant even do it into my pool. I run up and just sorta kick my legs out and i usually end up landing on my face

I can do a backflip on a trampoline without bouncing. Like I just stand still then jump like 2' and doo one. But Im scared to try it off anything like flat ground even though I could probably do it.

I live in a place far far away, where on occasion the telly tubbies will come to play....and that's when Ma gets out the shotgun. Damn critters climb in our gutter system all the time.

i did a backflip of a 4.5m high fence it was fuckin gnarly as i hurt my arse coz it was so fucking high that i couldnt land it possibly without rolling back adn i hurt my tail bone but i can also backfip off picnic tables adn ive tried a few wallies they are east coast.

yea same with my lil bro.. he tried it skiing int he middle of the trail with his skis off and just landed on his face. funny shit plus he didnt get hurt at all.

heres what you do to warm up. take your tramp and put it next to a wall. jump towards the wall and plant firmly with your foot, then back flip off. then you get the feeling of flipping off a wall without killing yourself first. then just try it without the tramp.

K a spanish kid taught me and my friends how, get a good run in, plant your foot 1/2 3/4 your body length on the wall, arch your back well, then land, while your landing bend your knees.

The kid that taught me was crazy, he can run 3 seps up the wall or tree and backflip.
