I'mm soo sick of being hungover all the time. It's soo fun the night before, but fuck hangovers are the dumbest things, especially all day hangovers.

Got home at 5 last night, spent like $150 bucks and talked complete shit to all my mates parents. stoked.

drink lots of water before you drink... and during and after if you can remember to. if not... the only cure for a hangover is a mamosa... also known as a oj and champagne cocktail. or smoke a bowl, that helps with hangover headaches.

"Never drink if you arnt willing to pay for it the next day" is probaly on of my many mottos.

But hey, I also swear to my self that Im never drinking again just about every time I wake up the morning after a night of inebriation.

Hangovers are just something you have to deal with. Drinking watter helps, So does throwing up befor you go to sleep (if you are so crunked).

But when push comes to shove, doctors dont know why we get hangovers and therefor cant come up with a better cure than "don't drink"

glass of water for every 3 beers.... i usually just drink a gatorade right before i drink and then i wont get one. ive had a few bad ones in my day though. worst feeling in the world

i saw a commercial about "chaser plus" tablets, it said that they like guarentee you will not get a hangover the next morning if you take them at night, its worth a try man.

good point kid, and i wouldnt take a chaser pill cuz that stuff is unnatty. Just dont drink, thats the best way. I bet youd love to have a nice fullfilling day instead of a day where u r sick as a dog. think on it.

To prevent hangovers:
1) Take a multi-vitamin before sleeping. This helps get all them vitamins and minerals back into your body that you lose when drinking.
2) Drink lots of water. Flush your system
or
3) Just keep on drinking. Wake up, down a beer, smoke some bowls, no more hangover

You can't always cure them with water. Somedays i get them soo bad. When i first started drinking i'd get them then i wouldn't for like 3 years, and now since im getting older, and less wise, i get them again, it sucks. And i dont smoke weed anymore, so thats not a cure for them. rrrrrrrrrrrrrr who averages twice a week hangovers? is that normal?

its amazing how many people on here don't know what causes a hang-over. If you don't know what causes it, you can't easily get rid of it. A hangover is your bodies reaction to being dehydrated. Also, water alone will not always work because the alcohol (depending on if you pissed a lot the night before) can flush your body of electrolytes. Also, alcohol is a toxin to your system, and thus Vitamin B complexes can help. Do not take pain killers to rid yourself of a hangover, the potential side effects are simply not worth it (with the amount of liver and kidney damage that can be caused or damage to the stomach lining). Best bet, go to GNC or similar store (reputable), get a good multi-vitamin (look for B complex vitatmins but be aware vitamin B can be overdosed). Also, see if you can get non-sodium based electrolyte pills. The sodium based pills can have a more greater effect on your blood pressure. If you cannot get these, pick up Pedialyte (gatorade and other sports drinks are too high in sodium, sugar and citric acid) and pound a couple.

Best cure I've found (and I never used to get hung-over but constantly do now, and I have gotten horendous hang-overs from as little as one beer before) is at the end of the night, take 1-2 electrolyte pills and 1 (typically half dose) multi-vitamin with 2-4 glasses of water.

The reason McD's and other fast food helps is because of the sodium content, however, its not exactly quality food and its not advisable to fix a hang-over by bumping your sodium intake.

Hahaha funny this topic should come up. Yesterday I felt soo sick after going to the bars the night before. It didn't help that when my friend and I went to buy beer, PBR was on sale for $12 for 30 cans. Anyway, on my way home I had to pull over TWICE (its an hr drive back to my house) and puke all over the side of the road. I tried to find side/backroads to do it on, but the second time it backfired on me and a family in an Chevy Blazer pulled up next to me as they were pulling into their driveway. I couldn't hold it in and just mummbled and then threw up all over the ditch in front of them. bitches. and manus up above is right, multi-vitamins and water will help greatly, as will any food. NEVER take pain killers, even ibprofen

people who are saying to take an advil or anything like that are dumb, alcohol is hard enough on your liver, painkillers just put more stress on your system. drink water before you go to bed, helps almost everytime
