Replying to DV Cams: smart people please help stephen!

First off all thanks for visting my dv cams second of all I hope you are smart, and third of all i need your help as you may already know. I want a dv cam, I have looked at a few reviews but that didnt help much. Here is what i want out of it: High image quality, good vivid colour, good lowlight (and higlight snow conditions aswell),ability to ad filters and lenses, and i want to be able to play with the picture and tweak it out manually, umm anything else important for filming skiing, and all for the price of below$1300, or give me suggestions of good cameras i will be able to find on ebay for about that price.
