Replying to AIM Virus Help!

Help Me! Whenever I'm logged onto AIM, an away message pops up with a link to what I assume would be a virus. I must already have it because it keeps happening every few minutes. Even if I exit the program, it automatically restarts the program and signs me on, with the away message there. How do I fix this? I'm running ad-aware right now. I cant even ctrl-alt-del anymore. Please help!
