So I am all set to do this sick summer log shoot in Beaver Creek this past weekend when I realized the last time I used my skis was at A-Basin, and there was no more wax.
I invaded the new Liberty office to tune up my skis a bit and discovered some prototype cores for next year. These things are so bomber it's crazy. So many new things, so simple of design, and basically the best possible pop a ski could have. (until this industry progresses and we come up with somthing new because we're sick like that).
Also, Liberty owner Dan told me to find a spot with snow and take the rail car. We are on the hunt, but snow in june is not so much. I wish I could drive it to Whistler, but I dont think it will make it. Once we get a spot, we will post photos and video of the session.
That's the latest update from Liberty Headquarters in Vail. I will post some pics of the new switchblade as soon as I upload them from my camera.
Enjoy your summer!
