i was wondering if a shop sponsors a skier.. whats the best benefit for the shop if they sponsor that skier? all suggestions if any?

its pretty much the same as if a company would sponser you, theyre just like 'man that guy kicks ass, and he shops at weenerville, oh man i should shop there too!'

anyone have any more ideas.. my local shop wants to know b/c im trying to get them to sponsor me..

you tell people on the lift how great your gear is and where you got it.

you also rave about that store and why they are so good and how they know there stuff.

if your the best on the slope then they get a lot if not it is harder for them to notice.

if u enter comps there name is mentioned.

etc.
you have to sell them on the fact that there business will increase if they sponsor you.
