I have a Powerbook G4 and they just put a chip in my comp and I turned on my Airport and it worked.

well u will take of ur keyboard and put it in i guess it looks complicated on my ibook g4 but i bought miine with it in it

its actually very simple. you buy the airport or airport extreme card.take off your keyboard slide the card in. connect it to the built in antena (it should be a little goldent conector) put yourkeyboard back. turn your computer on (cause you wouldnt be stupid enough to do this with your computer on would you?)
