flatspins can be one of the most fun tricks to do.

As long as you concentrate on setting it and keeping your body movement slow and fluid, you'll be fine. You really don't have to huck it at all. just float.

Try flat-3s too. Search for some video clips on here if you are unsure how to throw them.
