For sale on eBay is a pro 35mm setup containing all you need to shoot high quality ski photos. The link is below:

Everything is in excellent condition, and has been utilized for the production of published photos in Freeze, Freeskier and others. I've recently upgraded, and this equipment must be sold.

Thanks for the question. I'm going digital and medium format, and the equipment purchases will require more funding then currently available.

The lenses aren't exactly professional quality, but they're still pretty good. I use that 70-200 and the zenit fisheye. Fisheye could be sharper, but for the price you get it for, so worth it for the fun you get out of it.
Someone get on this, because it's a pretty good deal.
3 flashes and digital slave setup is perfect for any skiing photos you'll need to take.

i could be wrong here, but i think the body is only 6fps, wich is fast.....i think you are thinking about the eos 1n rs, that camera is 10fps......10fps sounds like it would be fun.

6fps would still give you like 14 or so frames off a decent sized table. That's plenty.

Thanks again for the comments, and keeping the thread alive, Eastcoast and Freestyla.

My 1N for sale 6 FPS, and the EOS-1N RS is 10 FPS -- the sequences are high quality at 6 FPS.

10 FPS is fast, and there are a lot of people who shoot that way. However, potentially, unless you can file your film under an expense account, burning though a 36 exposure roll in 3 and a half seconds, at $9.00 a roll, isn't economical or necessary.

The MF setup I'll be looking at in the future will be simple. A Hassy of somesort, a fast 50mm lense, a fast fish, 3 flashes, and a set of PW's. Thanks again for your interest!

gah, if only that 70-200 was a seperate auction i would so go for it...stock kit lenses suck
