whats the best to use? im not big into learning html,i know some but it takes alot of time to understand it perfectly so i want a program that writes the html for me

i use macromedia dreamweaver...before that i used html kit until it broke, get it at www.chami.com

it sounds like you're looking for a WYSIWYG editor, which i know nothing about

you should just get dreamweaver/html-kit (html-kit is free) and learn html...it's easy, you can find a tutorial on slicing a layout in photoshop at www.good-tutorails.com if you want to design your site in photoshop
