anyone no how to do it in premier pro i cant find tutorials on it anywhere...its when u make a shot black and white and then have one peice of it color like a person and then everything esle is black and white....if u no how to do it can u help me or atleast show me where the tutorials are

rotoscoping is frame by frame editing. Export a filmstrip and edit every frame in photoshop. Making only one color show is something different.

The way to make it look best would be to rotoscope it with Photoshop or After Effects, but you could use one fo the filters built in to Premiere. I think it's called color pass or something of that sort.
