MEDICAL MARIJUANA OUTLAWED

so recently, the supreme court ruled that legalized medical marijuana (legal in california where i live) is ilegal. However, the supreme court has yet to find any problems with perscription heroin (oxycoton) and speed (riddilin). even if you dont smoke pot, the medical advantage for pain relief, and increasing appetite are undeniable. so what do you think?

Legalize it, and make huge armounts of money off of it. People will do it anyways, in Canada it is pretty much ok to smoke weed.

im not even saying that it should be legal for everyone (cause i know that wouldn't happen for a long time) but couldnt you at least see the medical benefits? some people are seriously ill, and are tired of using narcotics that destroy their minds and bodies to fight disease. The federal government has outlawed medical marijuana not the state government. The feds probably aren't going to get involved that much really and leave it up to the state. Unless your growing it commercially, which would be illegal in state medicinical marijuana laws as well, then the feds will have no reason to intervene. Basically the Supreme Court Ruling means nothing

on the news last night there was this lady loading a bowl on tv and she was talking about how she is going to continue to use marijuana for medicinal purposes only, because it relieves her pain.

I live in a place far far away, where on occasion the telly tubbies will come to play....and that's when Ma gets out the shotgun. Damn critters climb in our gutter system all the time.

In alaska you can have 4 ounces, for home use only if you're over like 21. 4 ounces isn't even illeagle. Cops will bust you for it but when you get the the office they get told you release you cause they are stupid.
