Replying to Snowboard Vs. Skiier Outerwear...

Snowboard companies deffinataly put out the better looking outerwear. Although companies like Siver and Ninthward are finally putting out some better looking gear most of it looks like snowboard gear that has already been on the market by companies such as Burton(Ronin + Analog) Special Blend, Foursquare, NFA, Planet Earth, 686, Sessions ect..
I know im gunna get responses like " that baby blue suit Jon wore at X-games was sick!"
If you ask many people they would say its a dumb gimick to get kids who wanna look like there favorite pro's. Who is gunna miss a baby blue suit? Well who is gunna take a rider in one seriously?
I read the current post of peoples 06 get ups. About every response was oakley anorak with yellow oakley pants? Oakley really produces shit products, not as if they look bad (although some of the 06 stuff has me wincing a bit) but it just doesnt hold together it rip's easily and most of it is as waterproof as a paper towel in the rain. Seriously dont spend hundreds of dollars on a jacket and pants when you could get something basically the same as what you may want from last years snowboard gear...save your money for the hill!
