my friend took an eigth and started to see his body dead next to him on his bed and shit and was about to kill himself, but when his mom walked in he was just like take me to the E.R. now! and they did all these tests and shit on him and said he fucked his whole body up inside. so all i know is thats bad shit.

too much false information in here, a few have it right. i wish they were legal here like they were in the UK, but nope they just have to lay down a Possession of Controlled Substance charge on your ass... max $5000 fine, max 1 yr. in prison, 2-5 years probation, lose license for quite a while... I got fucked over with a lot of mushrooms and i'm still fighting this one in court, halfway through my deferred prosecution right now so that's what i'm facing if i fuck up. Anyways, if you get some just eat them right away, or grow your own then eat whenever you want to and never have to take them out of your house. Everyone is talking about really really fucking intense visuals it seems like; the visuals are good but the best part is how your whole thinking and point of view on everything is totally shifted and you get introspective.

shrooms arnt just about seeing cool things and colors. if u think that u got it wrong, like someone said above it changes ur whole thinking process, which can make u relize crazy things. some people find enlightenment and their purpose in life through shrooms, its not at all just about the cool visuals. last time i tripped i had a 30 min. out of body experience, i watched myself and walk around and talk to other people, relizing things i do that are stuiped, funny, the way i dress, walk, it was insane, i re-thought the whole way i talk and interact with people now, ha im alot nicer now.
be careful with with shrooms though, they are way more powerful then u can imagine if u havent done them, they can cause flashbacks and experiences that change ur whole life

Drugs can be bad for you, I'm not trying to say everyone should go shoot up some skag right now. Hell I've been close to fucking my life up with drugs enough times. The effects of the drugs themselves though aren't the problem. Most drugs are far safer than you would be led to believe. The problems arise when you realize that drugs can be more fun than most other things you could be doing. Just keep your head screwed on right and don't let yourself get too cought up in it. Marijuana and mushrooms are two of the safest drugs you can do. LSD, mescaline and some others are also relatively safe as long as you're smart about it and use moderation. Don't do coke, meth, and strong opiates; other than that just use your fucking brain to think for yourself and make sure you know what you're doing. www.erowid.org /end preaching
