Replying to Microsoft to buy EA Games

If I'm not mistaken the talk amongst these nerdy gamer kids here at the U of O is that Microsoft has plans to or has already purchased EA Games. This would mean that those of us with Playstations can say so long to playing the Ninthward game if the game is distributed through EA sports.

...not to mention ANY of the other sports games distributed through EA sports.

Anybody hear of this?
