does anyone know? i found this one site that was selling 20gb for $269. right now i have $250. it would greatly appriciated if you could find a webiste or know of one cheaper then $269. i am looking for a 20gb . thanks

yea but you need to get the warranty with it, thats y i bout it there , i was gonna get it off ebay but then i learnt that if somehting goes wrong or the battery needs replacing (after 1 year) i would have to send it to apple and they would charge +200$ so i bought the 20$ service plan and now im couvered against everything for 3 years

just go to apple and use the educational discount and you'll get it for $270, plus you'll have apples warranty. An ipod is just something you want to have backed up by a warranty. You're not going to find a brand new one for much less than that.

the warranty my bro has when he got it at best buy is nice, he just destroys them because of skateboarding with it and brings them back in pieces and gets a new one, he's on his 6th ipod now. get the warranty
