i recently learned rodeo 7s on a tramp, but as soon as i learned d-spins, every rodeo i try ends up as a d-spin. does anybody have any tips

a rodeo is more like a flatspin all i got to say is lean back alot more when you set the spin do a backflip with your 7, so im saying at 360 do a backflip then the backflip counts as a 360 then you'll have a rodeo 7 hope this helps P!

set like your going to do a 5, drop the shoulder you not spinning twoards look over shoulder pop real hard and bring your knees to your chest DO NOT TRY A BACK FLIP it should just come around everytime

Wow, does anyone know how to throw a rodeo here, cuz what your sprayin isn't flowing in my mind?

To initiate, all you have to do is drop your right shoulder and look over your left. Take that right hand and make your grab. Grabbing makes you more stable and comfortable. From there, how long you hold on will determine whether you go 5 or 7. This is not a trick you have to throw hard. It should have a graceful, floaty feel.

depending on if you have a circle tramp or not, one thing i like to do when training tricks on trampoline is to adopt a snowboard stance. a ski rodeo would be a backside rodeo and a ski cork 7 would be a backside cork 7. if you adopt the board stance, you won't get confused between rodeos and cork 7s. ski tricks are essentially the same as snowboard moves and it's a matter of just knowing what trick to compare it to. if you don't have a very clear understanding of ski tricks and board tricks though, it can be very easy to not be able to distinguish between different tricks sometimes. fortunately, i follow snowboarding almost as closely as i do skiing.
